Education Qualifications:
The Candidates to be eligible for BAMS Course should have completed 10+2 Examination with science background having Physics, Chemistry and Biology as their Core subjects and Should have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Entrance Exam For BAMS:
Candidates who are Aiming to pursue BAMS Under Graduate program must Appear for Entrance exam such as NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Exam) or any other Relevant state-level entrance Exams. The seats will be provided to candidates According to their NEET Cutoff rankings. Candidates must Prepare well for NEET Exam as the seat for Best BAMS colleges are based on NEET Scores/ranks.
Result and Counselling:
Once the candidates have done with the entrance exam the result of the exam will be announced. If the candidate have Been Qualified in the Entrance Exam will be called for Counselling Sessions Where the candidates will have the option to choose the institutions based on their Ranks and Seat availability.
Application and Admission process:
The Candidates after clearing entrance exam and Securing the seat in the preferred college should complete the admission formalities. The candidate needs to fill the Application form in the Preferred college and submit all the necessary Documents which are required for Admission. The documents should be submitted with in the given period of time for Smooth verification process.
Completion of the course along with internship:
Generally the duration of BAMS under graduate program is of Five and Half years including 12 months of internship. The candidates must be passionate and hard working in order to pursue their BAMS Degree. The students after completing the BAMS under graduate program must undergo internship to practise Traditional Ayurvedic Medicine in India.
Candidates after obtaining the BAMS degree can practice Ayurveda or either Go for higher studies to advance their Skills and knowledge in the field of Ayurveda. The candidates can apply for various post Graduate Courses.
